Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for a large logistics client
• Source candidates for various roles, including logistics, production, and administrative positions
• Maintain close contact with team leaders to determine staffing needs
• Contribute to long-term strategies for talent retention and attraction

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or a similar commercial/service role
• HBO work and thinking level
• Availability of 32 to 40 hours per week
• Possession of a driver's license B and a personal vehicle
• Residence in the Eindhoven region
