Compensation

Base salary between €2,850 - €3,300, plus a monthly Benefit Budget of €351 - €407.

Responsibilities

• Act as a crucial link between the Gemeente Amsterdam and new talent.
• Conduct qualitative intake interviews with candidates.
• Present the best profiles to the municipality's managers.
• Visit clients on location to discuss unique job requirements.
• Assist candidates with barriers to employment in finding suitable positions.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
• Affinity with municipalities and the public sector is a plus
• Availability for 40 hours per week
