Responsibilities
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and manage recruitment marketing plans
- Source candidates using various methods including Boolean search
- Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely updates on application status
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate offers
- Provide regular reporting of recruiting activities and identify search difficulties
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years' recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting experience required
