Responsibilities
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies
- Evaluate candidate profiles and build talent pipelines
- Keep candidates engaged with timely updates
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency setting
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
