Responsibilities

• Prospect new candidates for the division
• Identify and network with prospective job seekers
• Develop matching strategies for open client positions
• Partner with Business Development Managers to fulfill client requirements
• Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals
• Document all candidate conversations

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Competitive spirit
