Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Deliver recruitment across corporate functions and customer service positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Proactively source and engage candidates
• Conduct candidate screening and assessments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates
• Provide talent market insights
• Manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions and customer service roles
• Strong sourcing capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms

Additional Information

This is a 12-month renewable contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring onsite work in Pasig City three days a week.
