Responsibilities

• Drive the full-lifecycle recruitment process in a high-volume, automated environment
• Manage and optimize Vendor Management System (VMS) operations
• Monitor requisitions and ensure compliance with client standards
• Analyze performance KPIs and implement corrective actions
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with client hiring managers
• Participate in quarterly business reviews with VMS/MSP teams
• Track candidate submissions and manage offers through the VMS

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0-3 years of recruiting/staffing experience
• Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
