Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream client engagements
• Connect different consulting teams and ensure alignment
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients
• Anticipate issues and manage risks
• Take ownership of the commercial health of engagements
• Coach and develop others in engagement management

Requirements

• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream engagements
• Background in Human Capital, People Consulting, or Organizational Effectiveness
• Comfort with ambiguity and complexity
• Strong client relationship skills
