Responsibilities

• Provide client site support to the talent acquisition process lifecycle.
• Manage candidate and client onsite communications.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring leaders.
• Facilitate interview processes and manage logistics.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate background checks and manage offer processes.
• Edit and post positions to the ATS.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• At least 1-2 years proven experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
