Responsibilities

• Scope search projects with hiring managers
• Manage recruitment life-cycle from search kick-off to closure
• Develop and manage strong business relationships with clients
• Drive new business with existing customers and prospects
• Provide project updates to management and stakeholders
• Prospect potential new clients and maintain outreach goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of business experience
• 5+ years of experience in staffing business development
• Experience in cold calling and developing search strategies
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
