Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to achieve hiring goals.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning needs.
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coach and develop recruiting team members.
• Oversee candidate sourcing strategies across various channels.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to align hiring efforts.
• Manage escalated recruiting issues and provide solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and workforce analytics.
