Responsibilities

• Lead strategic recruiting efforts across assigned regions
• Manage team performance and optimize recruitment strategies
• Drive full-cycle talent acquisition strategy
• Design and implement scalable recruitment strategies
• Partner with marketing and brand teams for recruitment marketing campaigns
• Enhance passive candidate engagement and build talent communities
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
• Establish regular communications with the recruitment team
• Manage innovative programs and campaigns to build candidate pipeline

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources
• Demonstrated success leading a corporate talent acquisition function
• Hands-on experience with modern recruitment technologies and talent marketing platforms
• Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Strong analytical mindset
