Responsibilities

• Recruit and place healthcare professionals (HCPs) to assignments throughout the U.S.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified HCPs within designated specialties
• Execute strategies to recruit viable HCPs from various sources
• Sell current and upcoming locum opportunities to potential HCPs
• Complete screenings and evaluations for potential candidates
• Maintain candidate and HCP information in ATS
• Negotiate rates and maintain acceptable margins
• Provide excellent customer service to HCPs and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle Recruiting or equivalent sales experience in a healthcare staffing environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, healthcare, or similar disciplines
