Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new hires
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps
• Build and maintain resources for sales consultants
• Deliver expert-level training for experienced consultants
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, L&D, Sales Enablement, or Sales Training
• Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to design blended learning solutions
• Data-driven mindset

Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
