Responsibilities
- Source business leads from prospective clients
- Match job seekers with opportunities
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Screen resumes and interview candidates
- Assist with payroll and employee relations
- Support onboarding of new hires
- Maintain HRIS data
- Analyze turnover data
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources Program
- Available for hybrid full-time (30 hours minimum) or part-time (20 hours minimum) work
- Must complete co-op hours as part of school program
