Responsibilities

  • Source business leads from prospective clients
  • Match job seekers with opportunities
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates
  • Assist with payroll and employee relations
  • Support onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain HRIS data
  • Analyze turnover data

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources Program
  • Available for hybrid full-time (30 hours minimum) or part-time (20 hours minimum) work
  • Must complete co-op hours as part of school program
