Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow IT & engineering services revenue within government agencies
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within government entities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience selling IT and/or engineering services, technical staffing, or consulting solutions
- Experience selling to government clients
