  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow IT & engineering services revenue within government agencies
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within government entities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and close
  • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience selling IT and/or engineering services, technical staffing, or consulting solutions
  • Experience selling to government clients
