Compensation

Base salary between €2,750 and €3,200, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and select new talent through innovative digital channels
• Conduct interactive intake interviews and enthusiastically guide candidates
• Collaborate closely with the talent lead to achieve recruitment goals
• Contribute creatively to process improvements during the digital transition

Requirements

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level
• Available for 32 to 40 hours per week
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in both spoken and written form
• Possession of a driver's license and own transportation
