Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery of talent solutions
• Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing
• Meet and exceed sales metrics and goals
• Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews with clients
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of successful sales or business development experience in the IT staffing industry
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals
• Valid driver's license
