Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle
• Manage job postings and platform management
• Review applications and manage referrals
• Pre-screen applicants and schedule interviews
• Conduct candidate outreach initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven ability to perform in a production-based environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work with minimal supervision
