Responsibilities

• Assist field teams with recruitment needs
• Conduct market research and create effective recruiting campaigns
• Write engaging and inclusive job postings
• Develop tailored recruiting strategies for various markets
• Monitor job postings for compliance with internal standards
• Provide support and education on recruiting tools and best practices

Requirements

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
• Staffing industry experience preferred
