Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and place talent on assignment or direct at client sites.
• Conduct thorough interviews and background investigations.
• Negotiate pay rates based on program requirements.
• Manage the submission process from initial submission through interviewing and testing.
• Maintain constant communication to ensure candidates remain engaged in the recruitment cycle.
• Interact regularly with sales and operations staff to ensure accurate communication with clients and talent.
