Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines based on current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, availability, and job fit.
• Present qualified candidates and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple job orders, pipelines, and deadlines while meeting sourcing, screening, submission, and hiring targets.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, account managers, and clients.
• Communicate job requirements, expectations, and recruitment updates clearly and professionally.
• Identify sourcing challenges and adjust recruitment strategies based on hiring needs and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team by sharing candidate insights, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
• Provide positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Healthcare recruitment experience is an advantage
• Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, ATS, and Boolean search is a plus
