Responsibilities

• Carry out data analysis and market benchmarking on compensation and reward trends
• Provide quantitative analysis of pay structures and incentive plans
• Research market practice to validate market trends and support recommendations
• Work with reward data sets to identify insights for clients
• Support consultants in the development of executive pay and reward strategies
• Prepare client presentations combining charts and written analysis

Requirements

• 2:1 or above degree
• Graduated between 2024 – 2026
• Full authorization to work in the UK permanently
• Strong analytical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability
