Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across R&D, Sales, and Corporate functions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized positions
• Conduct candidate screens and provide recommendations to hiring teams
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions
• Experience in life sciences, chemicals, food/ingredients, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology
