Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end Early Careers recruitment strategies
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and shape selection approaches
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through various channels
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activity including screening and selection
• Deliver an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience
• Represent the organisation at careers fairs and university events
• Use data and insights to monitor pipeline health and inform hiring decisions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Early Careers programmes

Requirements

• Experience delivering Early Careers, campus or high-volume recruitment
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers
• Demonstrated capability in sourcing and engaging early talent
• Strong understanding of structured assessment and selection methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple hiring programmes simultaneously
• Confident communication skills
• Experience using recruitment systems and data for decision-making
• Strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices
