• Recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer candidates for driver job openings
• Confers with management and customers to identify driver requirements and qualifications
• Coordinates and participates in job fairs
• Develops and maintains a network of contacts to attract qualified candidates
• Develops recruitment programs and job advertising
• Reviews applications and interviews applicants

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in staffing, sales, and managing teams
