Responsibilities
- Recruit, research, interview, screen, and refer candidates for driver job openings
- Confers with management and customers to identify driver requirements and qualifications
- Coordinates and participates in job fairs
- Develops and maintains a network of contacts to attract qualified candidates
- Develops recruitment programs and job advertising
- Reviews applications and interviews applicants
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in staffing, sales, and managing teams
