Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and recruiting operations for Revenue Cycle Solutions
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business growth objectives
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team of recruiters
• Monitor recruiting performance against established business objectives
• Drive adoption and optimization of recruiting technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 7+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting leadership experience
• 5+ years leading recruiting or talent acquisition teams within healthcare staffing or related industries
• Experience managing KPIs and productivity metrics
