Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for internal roles across various departments
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to clarify business needs
• Create targeted job postings and sourcing plans
• Assess skills and cultural contribution through structured interviews
• Manage candidate communication, interviews, offers, and preboarding handoffs

Requirements

• Five or more years of progressive corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting across multiple levels, from interns to senior professionals
• Strong behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to evaluate cultural contribution objectively
• Experience using an ATS/CRM and recruiting analytics
