Responsibilities

• Prepare and present executive-level presentations
• Support Talent Management modules and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Manage system configuration changes and oversee recruiting or performance management batch jobs
• Troubleshoot data flow issues and coordinate with technical teams for integration failures

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in preparing and presenting executive-level presentations
• 10 years of experience in gathering and presenting data for audits and open records requests
• 8 years of experience supporting Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, Performance Management)
• 8 years of experience performing system configuration changes for Taleo, TAM/CG, and/or Performance Management
• 8 years of experience managing Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) for PeopleSoft recruiting system
• 8 years of experience developing test scripts and executing structured UAT and regression testing
• 3 years of experience with IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM)
• 6 years of experience administering OnBoarding-related security and workflow routing
