Compensation

Salary of 100K to 105K per year including benefits.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks
• Signal opportunities for improvement, automation, or new business models
• Formulate hypotheses and set up experiments and pilots
• Connect stakeholders across various departments
• Translate business questions into concrete data and solution issues

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a complex organization
• Proven experience with business analysis and process improvement
• Experience with data analysis and translating insights into business opportunities
