Responsibilities
- Lead service delivery across multiple client programs
- Oversee recruiting operations including sourcing, screening, and candidate management
- Translate client hiring objectives into effective delivery plans
- Improve recruiting productivity and operational performance
- Lead, coach, and develop program leaders and recruiting teams
- Manage program financial performance and delivery costs
- Establish and monitor KPIs for program performance
Requirements
- Approximately eight or more years of progressive experience in RPO, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition delivery
- Experience leading multiple client programs and managing operational leaders
- Experience managing program budgets and delivery costs
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
