Responsibilities

• Support the enrollment and onboarding of learners across technical career training programs.
• Manage an assigned portfolio from offer acceptance through program start.
• Ensure learners complete key milestones and are prepared to begin.
• Maintain engagement and remove barriers throughout the enrollment journey.
• Work across admissions, instruction, operations, product, and curriculum teams to ensure successful cohort launches.
