Korn Ferry is a global organizational consulting firm that helps clients design their organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities. They provide talent acquisition services through their RPO team, supporting various industries including semiconductor equipment and advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements
• Support recruitment primarily for Direct Labour positions within a manufacturing environment
• Engage and communicate with prospective candidates regarding their experience and interest
• Conduct candidate searches using different sourcing techniques
• Assist with interview scheduling and onboarding coordination

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology or a related discipline
• Strong interest in developing a career within Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Previous recruitment, sourcing or HR internship experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing platforms

This position is a maternity cover contract from November 2026 to February 2027, with a hybrid working arrangement of 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.
