Responsibilities

• Develop and manage effective client relationships
• Contribute to key accounts by project managing work streams
• Lead research and analysis on client business issues
• Identify opportunities for new client relationships
• Contribute to winning profitable business through proposal writing and opportunity spotting
• Deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations
• Facilitate project teams and define project management structure
• Support less experienced consultants through mentoring

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in consultancy or client HR function
• Experience in a top-tier professional services firm
