Compensation

$100,000 - $130,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus program.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
  • Identify potential prospects and represent the client effectively in the marketplace.
  • Partner with Consultants to develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to clients.
  • Prepare organized information for client updates and meetings.
  • Contribute to responses for new business inquiries and business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, strategy consulting, or a relevant environment.
  • Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Experience and passion for healthcare is ideal.
