Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reward and compensation data collection activities for multinational clients
• Build strong relationships with client contacts
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Lead client webinars, training sessions, and meetings focused on data collection processes
• Prepare data collection materials, coordinate submissions, and perform quality reviews
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and support project reporting activities
• Collaborate closely with Advisory, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams
• Track and maintain accurate client information and project activities
• Develop expertise in Korn Ferry's reward solutions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional business environment
• Experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, Consulting, Customer Success, Project Coordination, Account Management, or Shared Services
• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with data, including data collection, validation, reporting, and handling confidential information

This is a hybrid position based in the Pilsen Region, Czech Republic, requiring afternoon and evening shifts to support North American clients.
