Responsibilities

• Assist with assessment work
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate them into strategic insights
• Prepare client presentations, reports, and development advice
• Contribute to project management and coordination of international assignments
• Conduct market and organizational research to support advisory projects
• Support proposals and business development activities
• Contribute to internal knowledge development and innovation within the LAS practice

Requirements

• Completed university degree
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Dutch and English
• Project management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactive, independent, and collaborative work attitude
• Full-time availability
