Compensation

$33.65 per hour, equating to $70,000 annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call into prospective clients to generate new business
• Use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact at current clients
• Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
• Submit appropriate candidates for Educational staffing assignments
• Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
• Ensure client satisfaction by meeting staffing needs
• Renegotiate contracts with clients
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement

Requirements

• Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing
• Proven success in a metrics driven environment
• At least 1 year as a top producer in a sales position
• Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
