Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies for pediatric therapy and behavioral health positions
• Leading recruitment efforts for specialized professionals including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and mental health professionals
• Handling recruitment tasks including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Developing proactive and creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
• Monitoring recruiting activity and adjusting strategies as needed
• Building relationships with professional organizations and educational institutions
• Attending job fairs and recruiting events
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, or human resources experience
• Direct experience recruiting within education, therapy, and/or a related field
• Experience recruiting specialized and/or hard-to-fill professional positions
• Strong consultative partnership skills with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
