Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs
• Build proactive sourcing strategies
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video
• Drive outbound engagement through various communication methods
• Deliver a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate documentation within ATS systems
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent
• Strong candidate-facing experience
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions
