Compensation

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sourcing strategies to identify and engage U.S. based candidates for sales and beauty industry roles
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies focused on engaging passive candidates
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies
• Craft personalized outreach to U.S. based candidates and deliver high-volume sourcing activity
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines while driving strong conversion and pass-through rates
• Track pipeline activity, maintain ATS accuracy, and report on sourcing performance and market insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant sourcing experience
• Experience supporting sourcing for the U.S. market
• Professional English proficiency
• Experience sourcing for retail sales positions
• Ability to work remotely
