Responsibilities

• Manage candidate-facing recruitment activities for U.S. retail sales positions
• Partner remotely with U.S. based teams and stakeholders
• Deliver high-quality talent pipelines by engaging candidates
• Participate in process improvements and major program expansions

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant recruiting experience
• Experience supporting recruitment for the U.S. market
• Experience recruiting or sourcing for retail sales positions
