Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization strategies
• Create and maintain documentation of process flows and best practices
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops
• Update current work instructions and draft missing work instructions
• Monitor and document task updates in Smartsheet
• Engage with the program team for taxonomy and reporting

Requirements

• Working knowledge in process mapping and flowcharting tools
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Familiarity with project management software
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead process improvement projects
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
