• Maintain client relationships with face-to-face interactions
• Source and attract passive talent
• Lead the entire recruiting process including requirement management
• Manage a high-volume requisition load effectively

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• RPO recruiting experience
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and job boards
