Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs
• Devise effective sourcing strategies

• Manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Draft job descriptions and post vacancies
• Maintain candidate pipelines and records in ATS
• Foster relationships with candidates
• Organize recruitment events
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing and recruitment experience
• Professional-level proficiency in English and Italian
• Experience in in-house or RPO settings
