Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound applicant flow for operations-focused roles
• Review and screen applications within ATS platforms
• Conduct initial outreach and prescreening of candidates
• Supplement inbound pipelines through targeted sourcing
• Maintain clean, actionable pipelines and filter out misaligned profiles
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring priorities
• Track pipeline health and sourcing metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
• Experience in high-volume or hourly hiring
• Proven ability to manage inbound pipelines
• Professional English proficiency
