- Supplement inbound pipelines through targeted sourcing
- Maintain clean, actionable pipelines and filter out misaligned profiles
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring priorities
- Track pipeline health and sourcing metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience in high-volume or hourly hiring
- Proven ability to manage inbound pipelines
- Professional English proficiency
