Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates for hard-to-fill roles
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent
• Review resumes and candidate profiles to assess alignment with role requirements
• Support candidate management with a focus on providing exceptional candidate experience
• Create and leverage recruitment marketing assets
• Collaborate with teammates to design attraction and engagement strategies
• Participate in community outreach to expand brand presence and candidate reach

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a professional environment (sourcing, recruiting, HR, customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar preferred)
• Professional proficiency in English
• German language skills are considered an advantage
