Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Lead procurement strategy sessions and category reviews
• Design and manage competitive bidding processes
• Define and execute benchmarking methodologies
• Translate service requirements into digital SOWs
• Educate client sponsors on procurement pathways
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships
• Leverage spend analytics platforms for procurement insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Procurement, Technical, or Business-related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in Procurement or Operations role supporting SOWs
• Experience in external client service outsourcing or consulting
• Prior experience with VMS tools such as SAP Fieldglass/Beeline or procurement systems like SAP Ariba
• Proven track record of managing procurement-related projects
