Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in executive search or related field for Exec Search Recruiter
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Exec Search Recruiter
- Experience in or knowledge of education sector / K–12 independent schools
- Strong relationship-building and candidate management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
