Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow of executive search and leadership consulting engagements
• Prepare candidate profiles and materials for client presentation
• Manage client engagement activities and synthesize stakeholder input
• Maintain current knowledge of leadership trends in education
• Coordinate project management for assigned searches

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in executive search or related field for Exec Search Recruiter
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience for Senior Exec Search Recruiter
• Experience in or knowledge of education sector / K–12 independent schools
• Strong relationship-building and candidate management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
