Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Business Systems team
• Monitor and troubleshoot established automated processes
• Manage system updates for established clients
• Lead projects for new automated customer data import/export processes
• Support maintenance of data in KE Information Systems

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience in the Workforce Solutions Industry
• Client and customer-focused with experience resolving complex technical issues
